Pamti is a personal assistant. This page says what data it keeps, why, who helps process it, and how you delete it. Questions go to support@pamti.chat.
What Pamti keeps
- Your account: name, email address, and your Google or password sign-in.
- Your Telegram account id and username, if you link Telegram.
- Your conversations, the files you upload, and the memories Pamti saves.
- Your settings, such as language, time zone and notifications.
- Data from apps you connect, such as email, calendar and files. Pamti reads it only to do what you ask or what you turned on.
How Pamti uses it
Pamti uses your data only to run the assistant for you. It does not sell your data or use it for advertising. Pamti asks you before it takes an action in a connected app that could change something.
Who helps process it
- Cloudflare hosts the app and stores files.
- PlanetScale stores the database.
- OpenRouter routes requests to AI models. Pamti asks model providers not to keep or train on your data where the provider allows it.
- Composio connects the apps you choose to link.
- Telegram carries your messages if you use Pamti there.
Google data
If you connect a Google account, Pamti uses the Google data it receives only to provide the features you use, and does not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features.
Your choices
You can see, edit and delete your memories in the app, and disconnect any app at any time. Deleting your account in Settings removes your data, your files, and the connections Pamti made for you.
